Programme Specific Outcomes
After completion of the undergraduate programme in Education, the Students will be able to:
PSO1 Understand basic theoretical framework of education, educational psychology, educational philosophy and educational sociology.
PSO2 Exhibit awareness of ethical issues, human rights, and social justice in education, promoting inclusive and equitable practices.
PSO3 Apply the use of technology, statistical techniques, sustainability and values in solving the problems.
PSO4Understand the emerging trends and their impact on education, society, environment, national integrity and human rights.
PSO5 Develop skills and attitudes for continuous learning and readiness for careers in teaching, training, administration, or further education.
MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUACTION (M.A. EDUACTION)
The Master of Arts in Education (M.A Education) is a two year (04 semester) programme that provides an opportunity for students in the field of Education to pursue higher education and undertake advanced course- work and research. The course offered excellent career prospects in terms of advancement of knowledge and qualification and ultimately making them qualified professional and later researchers.
 
Programme Specific outcomes
The M.A. Education programme aims at producing a team of well-trained individuals knowledgeable in Education and its various dimensions. After completion of the Postgraduate programme in Education, the Students will be able to:
PSO1: To impart adequate knowledge, essential skills and to develop a favorable attitude for the course of study.
PSO2: To equip the learners with necessary pedagogical skills and competencies to synchronize theory and practice to become effective learners.
PSO3 :To develop self-confidence, self-direction, and self-evolution in learners to ensure their personal & social development and to promote life-long learning.
PSO4 :To provide a detailed account of philosophical, sociological, and psychological foundations of education to endorse reflective & critical thinking, social efficiencies &competencies, analytical reasoning &problem-solving ability of learners.
PSO5: To make learners familiar with the historical development of education and to develop a holistic view to appreciate and speculate the educational concepts in modern India like inclusive education, adult & non-formal education, women's education, distance education, teacher education, education for minorities, environmental education, etc.
PSO6: To awaken learners of the educational challenges at different stages, to make them aware of constitutional provisions, to go through the reports of various commissions& national policies to inspire them to find out creative solutions.
PSO7: To train the learners for effective use of technology and innovative practices, application of appropriate statistics and to foster academic writing skills to carry out research.
PSO8:To nurture the essential knowledge of curricular framework and design and to equip them to apply this knowledge in curricular evaluation and reconstruction.
PSO9: To stimulate the learners to have sound knowledge regarding guidance & counseling, measurement &evaluation, administration & supervision, to help the learners to identify the issues & concerns of the educational field and to develop necessary insight to resolve these issues.
PS10:To ignite the learners to become responsible, enlightened, competent &well-adjusted citizens who would contribute their best for self-growth, societal development, nation-building and human welfare.

PSO1: To Conduct independent and original research that contributes to the advancement of educational theory, policy, or practice.
PSO2:To Demonstrate expertise in advanced research methodologies, data analysis tools, and ethical research practices to address complex educational problems.
PSO3: To Influence educational policy, curriculum development, and institutional practices through scholarly engagement and applied research.
PSO4:To Publish and present research findings in peer-reviewed forums and academic networks, contributing to national and international educational discourse.
PSO5: To Serve as mentors, supervisors, and academic leaders in higher education institutions and contribute to faculty development and knowledge creation.
